                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON COUNTY,
                   TENNESSEE, RELATIVE TO THE CITY/COUNTY
                   LITTER COLLECTION PROGRAM FOR THE 1993-94
                   FISCAL YEAR, FOR AN ANNUAL SUM NOT TO EXCEED
                   THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($31,500.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with Hamilton County, Tennessee, relative 

       to the City/County Litter Collection Program for the 1993-94
       Fiscal Year at a rate of $2,625.00 per month or $31,500.00 for 
the
       year.
